Office & Workplace at Manila Electric Company (Meralco)

Office space, location, and facilities were excellent. Probably among the best in the region for employees. The dress code was business casual. They weren't really strict with the clothing so that was nice.

Our company’s office space is large and fully air-conditioned, providing a comfortable working environment. The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and secure, with numerous security guards ensuring safety throughout the compound. The team is approachable, which adds to a welcoming atmosphere. The dress code is formal, reflecting a professional standard that aligns with typical office attire.

The company's office space is clean and comfortable. However, I would suggest if the offices or desks spaces between the workers are more spacious. The dress code is also very professional and comfortable.

Spacious, and bright

There are not that strict with the dress code but everyone is wearing semi-formal. The office space is alright and it is comfortable to work. Although sometimes, it's really cold but it is manageable. There are also spaces inside the office where you can conduct meetings and also, there are appliances that can be used like water dispenser that has cold and warm option.

The office space at Meralco, specifically at the Masinag Business Center, is well-organized and functional. The layout supports efficient workflow with designated areas for customer service, administrative tasks, and team collaboration. The location of the Masinag Business Center is conveniently situated for access by public transportation and is well-connected to major roads. The facilities are generally well-maintained, with standard amenities such as break rooms, meeting rooms, and restrooms.

Spacious and comfortable enough for both employees and interns.

Each office that we went to was very systematic and cooperative.

Meralco has traditional workspaces. It can improve its office spaces more that will allow employees to interact more freely. In terms of facilities, Meralco compound has a gym, basketball court, Power Lab, among others.

Our office is situated in TSB, and I can say the facilities are always well-maintained, including my personal workspace in the department. Regarding the dress code, everyone adheres to the proper attire, especially when it’s required for onsite fieldwork.

Office space is okay with me. Can still improve the elevators since most were not available for use. Dress code is okay, as long as it is decent.

Technology at its finest: I was provided with a company laptop and desktop, as well as access to a common pantry. The rooms are well-lit and air-conditioned. Outside work, there is a gym where you can play sports and workout.

Good working space, clean, organized, but at times very cold.

I have a designated workspace as an intern to make sure I can perform my tasks productively.

MERALCO is located within a big compound and has three main gates in total. The main gate was directly in front of MERALCO's main building, the Lopez Building, which allows employees to easily reach their offices. The second gate is one where most employees go since it is the most easily accessible one for both walkers and cars alike, and finally, gate 3 is where cars with MERALCO-issued stickers enter, with some employees passing through as well. My office, which is Learning and Development, was located near gate 3 and was beside the Training Camp for Linemen, which is an ideal location given that it would be easy for the employees to go to the office for training. Facilities within MERALCO are also well-maintained and regularly cleaned. There is also an e-jeep inside where employees can ride for free to reach their designated offices. The dress code is strictly business casual and on Fridays, they can dress casually.

The company's facilities, location, and office space are good. People can work properly in their spaces where they can think and cooperate as a group. About the dress code, mostly they dressed up in a business and smart casual attire, where it is presentable when you have agendas like meetings.

Facilities are complete and clean, except parking is lacking and elevators have long lines
