They're are all approachable

There was great company culture. Good superior-subordinate ratio established in teams. Teams had good rapport with each other, and there were plenty of avenues for socialization.

The company’s culture is warm and inclusive, with a strong sense of camaraderie among team members. Everyone is supportive and eager to share their knowledge, fostering excellent teamwork. Despite a busy workload, the environment remains upbeat and stress-free. Socializing is common, and the company ensures that interns are well-fed and comfortable, making for a positive and enjoyable experience both in and out of the office.

The company's culture is very light and comfortable. During office hours, I can see how professional they are in what they are doing and after office hours, they have time for their sports and other activities.

Very cultured, and focus on works, as well helping people

I am comfortable working there and I observe that although there is hierarchy among them, they still joke around with each other which make the environment lighter and healthier.

The company culture shows a clear chain of command that helps maintain order and accountability for its employees, but sometimes it feels rigid and slow. Teamwork and cooperation are generally high, and my colleagues and supervisors are eager to help me and the other employees. Cross-departmental collaboration is also fluid since we follow a systematic procedure in passing the work, like passing the assessments to the design department. After-hour culture and socializing are frequent, and it is very hard to socialize as an intern, but all of my colleagues are friendly and approachable.

The office has a light ambience, cooperative and professional workmates during office hours. Meanwhile, after the office hours, employees often release their stresses and express themselves through hanging out in different places.

The people are very welcoming although we understand that sometimes they are busy so they can not cater to us, interns. They are also very professional when it comes to their work, they know when and where they should be informal and serious. After work, they like to play basketball, tennis, and badminton, if they're not tired. Also, they have this "DASH" every morning where they will do some stretches before doing some good work.

The people I have worked with were kind and bright. I learned many things from them while also enjoying my stay in the company.

Within the team, the environment is very healthy. Communication is both respectful and free. I have not encountered any generational barriers. There are also occasional outings and sports activities with the team. The same applies to the department; sharing blessings is common.

What I have observed is that they are willing to help in all of their abilities most especially to interns and newbies. The employees maintain high quality of customer experience to the clients of MERALCO.

The culture within the learning and development department is one where everyone is familiar with and close to one another. In the mornings, they start the day by greeting each other when they come into the office. If they arrive early, they share an early breakfast with other colleagues over some light conversation. During lunch, everyone sits at the main table to eat together as a team and also converse with one another about recent updates in their lives with some light banter and jokes. When office hours are over, they all say goodbye when they leave the office. Some even invite others to go shopping or exercise afterward. The vibes and culture within the office are akin to those between close friends, and this culture is what also boosts their cooperation and teamwork as a department. There is a tacit understanding of who is in charge of which task and who you can approach regarding some problems. Within the L&D, everyone is treated equally. Although there are immediate bosses whom they report to, they are friendly to all the employees and treat them as friends and equals. Overall, MERALCO is an accommodating company in which communication barriers are nonexistent and you can grow with the people around you.

Even though we grew up in different cultures, the team have this bond/hangouts after work or celebrate after a project is done. Even the age gaps doesn't matter to them, they still cooperate and manage the team as one.

Very traditional. Hierarchy is evident, but socialising is open and encouraged

The structure and hierarchy is clear and not bloated. Everyone knows their respective responsibilities. Cooperation and teamwork is a must here. Socializing amongst colleagues is also apparent from top to bottom.

Very friendly and professional. The manager is very nice and the people who I worked with were accommodating.
