During internship, they conducted a webinar for us which I think is very useful and helpful to us in order to improve ourselves.

I am moderately satisfied with the promotion and career progression opportunities at Meralco. The company provides a clear pathway for career advancement, with structured processes for promotions and professional growth. I just witnessed three people promoted during my short time as an intern at Meralco, which shows their strong track record of performance, take on increasing responsibilities, and show commitment to the company’s values and objectives.

Manila Electric Company is a good training ground for aspiring electrical engineers as it promotes the balance of being a skilled professional in the field and being great colleague.

As an observant, years of tenure is important important to acquire promotion opportunities in Meralco. Of course, it is still a balance between an employee's competency to move up the ranks.

Few opportunities and very competitive, though opportunities to explore other skills are present.

In promotion, they make sure that you have improve you skills and have done the works that are assigned to you properly, and check if you are applicable for the promotion.

As an intern at the time, I feel like anyone are capable to get promoted with equal chances.

I am not acutely aware of this.

Being loyal to the company will result to a promotion and being dedicated on your work.

To move up the ranks are based on performances, how long they are working in the company, and if it will be having vacant position.

From what I was told, there is a performance rating for each employee and that is where the promotion depends.

From an intern I was able to apply and become a project-based employee straight after my graduation. I appreciated how the company saw my potential and referred me to begin my career with them.

It may take a long while.
