B. Screening process

Our team of recruiters review each application form, cover letter and resume thoroughly. They consider a variety of aspects such as academic achievements, relevant work experience, extracurricular activities or volunteer work as well as evidence of the Aurecon Attributes.

Recruiters narrow down the selection of applicants and provide a shortlist of resumes to hiring managers for review.

C. Interview and assessment

If you are successfully shortlisted, depending on your location, you will be invited for an interview and / or an assessment center.

At this point, it’s a good idea to start thinking about:

1. The reasons you want to join Aurecon
2. Which sector or business unit you’re most interested in and think you’re most suited to
3. Any work experience or previous study you’ve done that is relevant to that sector

You will receive a call from our recruiters to talk you through everything you need to know about joining Aurecon. You will then receive all relevant documentation, including a visual contract, via email.
