Your responsibilities

• Be the Bridge: Collaborate with the international teams in Manila, Philippines, and Sydney, Australia. The role transcends borders and cultures.
• Sync with the Buying, Fashion, Beauty, and Sports Experts: Work closely with the iconic Sydney-based Buying and Design teams to get the inside scoop on upcoming trends and collaborate on tasks and priorities.
• Guardian of Precision: Audit all information received from vendors and buyers, to meet their high standards. Process with accuracy, the iconic's products and orders, to ensure all products are showcased to their customers, with the highest standards. 
• Master of Efficiency: Swiftly and accurately processes buying administration tasks, including product and order raising, reporting on incoming orders, and communicating with factories and brands.
• Flexibility is Your Superpower: Adapt as the role evolves, show initiative, and the ability to meet the changing needs of the Buying team.
• Solving Problems with Ease: Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively.
• Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues at Zalora and the iconic, fostering a culture of unity and excellence.
