Your role

• Supports the operational projects and initiatives at the ZALORA Philippines Fulfillment Center
• Operates the backend of online channels
• Monitors the supply level of consumables
• Coordinates with the Procurement team to request replenishment
• Submits reports of consumables and performance reports to relevant stakeholders

Training, development & rotations

Zalora currently uses TalentLMS for 2 different functions:

1. To train new hires over a 3- week training period and then to assess them based on training materials that cover processes, systems, and quality assurance.
2. They carry out monthly briefing assessments, which are based on the weekly briefing sessions that they carry out each Wednesday of the week.

About you 

• A diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

• Experience in selling in e-commerce platforms is an advantage
• Willingness to learn is a must
• Have an eye for detail and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
• A customer-oriented person who is friendly and determined to excel in a fast-growing company
