Be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization.
Handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all applicant engagement, reception management, client & executive experiences are ridiculously flawless, fun & exciting.
Regulate to maintain administrative work such as billing validations, shuttle & logistics, executive and client management, and assets & office supplies management. All responsibilities are to be completed accurately and delivered with a high-quality sense of urgency.
You will be working daily with different team departments to ensure that the anticipation of applicants is aligned with each other to provide the best customer service experience.
Assist and help in making sure that all business-related policies and procedures are understood and followed as enforced by the leaders.
Maintain excellent relationship building with vendors and internal customers for departmental discussions and actions.
In charge of daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports to track office supplies requisition, delivery, retrievals, inventory, consumption, and validation. Make sure that all reports are justified.
About you

With an educational background of College Level or Bachelor’s Degree preferably related to Business Administration, Communications & Hospitality Management.
A sociable multitasker with class & style.
Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
Must be highly organized, creative, and proficient in writing.
They need someone who can commit to work on-site from Monday to Friday with flexible working shift schedules
Approachable, patient, and flexible.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and an understanding of Google Suite and Creative applications such as Canva or Photoshop and the likes would be a plus
