Your role & responsibilities

• Identification of process gaps or business risks (if any)
• Gathering facts and figures about the project
• Provide initial process improvement recommendations
• Conduct working sessions/consultations with the Business Units to get insights/additional inputs or concurrence.
• Documentation of the proposed policy, procedures, and guidelines to institutionalize any process enhancement
• Conduct project post-implementation review 

Training & development

In particular, DOLE extolled SMC’s successful completion of its Business Reintegration program--where SMC ended its service agreements with third-party providers of non-core, auxiliary operations, and enabled some 25,000 workers to become regular employees with full benefits under its newly-established Operations, Maintenance, and Management (OMM) companies.

About you

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Business Courses/Business Management Courses e.g., Business Administration. A CPA or a candidate with a master’s degree is an advantage.
• With Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Training and Lean/Six Sigma Certification
• Can effectively analyze significant amounts of data information and filter it to key points helping management to analyze risks.
• With a background in risk assessment, internal or external auditing, or business partnering.
• Skilled in making presentations to Senior Management.
• Willing to be assigned to the Pasig City office.
