Your role & responsibilities

• Inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, equipment, and facilities.
• Audit of production and storage processes.
• Reporting on the performance of the manufacturing plant against quality and food safety objectives.

In particular, DOLE extolled SMC’s successful completion of its Business Reintegration program--where SMC ended its service agreements with third-party providers of non-core, auxiliary operations, and enabled some 25,000 workers to become regular employees with full benefits under its newly-established Operations, Maintenance, and Management (OMM) companies.

• Participate and provide assistance in the effort estimation, preparation of proposals, other documents (RFPs, TORs, presentation), and system demos.

• Root Cause Analysis
• Reports development (BI Intelligence Reporting Tool, QBR, and COGNOS)
• Development of applications using. Net/ VB.Net, PHP/WordPress/ WAMP/ XAMP, C#/ VB.Net, Jython/ Python, Java/ Javascript/ JQuery, SQL, LINQ, UNIX, PowerShell, HTML, CSS. Visual Studio 2019, Eclipse;
• Execute requirement discovery workshops, gap analysis, and business requirements documentation Understand client(s)’ business processes
