Your role & responsibilities

• Process Improvements/ Standardization/ Re-engineering
• Time and Motion Studies/ Performance Metrics and Standards Setting
• Assistance in the delivery of SMITS internal projects/quality programs
• Time Accounting Administration and Productivity Reporting
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Survey Administration, Analysis, and Reporting
• Information Asset Library (IAL) Administration
• Templates Creation, Review and Standardization
• Assistance in Quality Review of Proposals
• Process Compliance Reviews/Audits
• Process Suppor

Training & development

In particular, DOLE extolled SMC’s successful completion of its Business Reintegration program--where SMC ended its service agreements with third-party providers of non-core, auxiliary operations, and enabled some 25,000 workers to become regular employees with full benefits under its newly-established Operations, Maintenance, and Management (OMM) companies.
