Duties & Responsibilities
Inventory Control
- Is in charge of monthly inventory count, summary of actual inventory result and creation of Physicial Inventory Document
- Prepares actual inventory count with SAP balances and inventory variance report t
- Validates variance explanation from Logistics and releases result of validated explanation
- Monitors and reports inventory variances and related changes
- Implements inventory monitoring controls
- Provides inventory movement analysis to operations/departments
- Summarizes monthly inventory classification
- Performs analysis of GRIR and blocked stocks
Management Reports
- Prepares monthly consolidated inventory classification report
- Monitors, reviews, and provides analysis for assigned operating expenses accounts.
- Provides in transits monitoring report for plants and storage locations
- Prepares Entries, Monitors, reviews, and provides analysis for Inventory Obsolescence
