1.3.1 Coordination
a. Attend meetings and coordinate with the different ISMS (Information Security Management Systems) units for the discussion of IT procedures and policies.
b. Conduct interviews with ISMS resource persons to capture the details of the different IT procedures and policies.
1.3.2 Documentation
a. Document all IT procedures and policies based on the discussion and interviews conducted with the resource persons from ISMS units.
b. Manage and organize all of the completed documentation of IT procedures and policies.
c. File naming convention
d. Standard format per document type
1.3.3 Maintenance of ISMS Documents
a. Update the documents as necessary.
b. Maintain historical data of the changes, modifications, and updates of all the documents.
c. Create policies on the authorization, retention & storage of the documents in coordination with I.T. compliance and governance.
