I am an Associate Technical Support Engineer in the Advanced Accounting team. My responsibility is to provide support regarding our product area. Over the past few weeks we were given a high influx of cases but the time to resolve them was still expected to be the same.

Associate Consultant Developer I work closely with C2M - Credits and Collection subsytem and sometimes Financial Management too. For the past few months since I joined the project, my day-to-day responsibilities is to ensure quality code in-line with oracle standards and provide technical support to the system integration team.

Mostly bug-fixing, but you keep learning new things during the process.
