Culture at Oracle Philippines

I don't get any bad vibes, people are nice, so I guess it's a good culture

For the management team, I appreciate the culture of helping each other out. Though management does not promote working after hours, I have experienced that I cannot deliver results unless I work after hours without pay.

Oracle is actually diverse which is good.

Chill. Unironically, a friendly culture not focusing as much on the hierarchy unlike traditional workplaces.

The people are very welcoming and approachable.
