Culture at Oracle Philippines

We have a weekly on site event where we work in the company office. Managers buy foods for us. More coordination and communication is being done when we are working on site. The only problem is that, there are no group events happening usually like hanging outs.

No work allowed outside of work hours. Vertical leads and managers are very helpful.

Cooperation and teamwork are excellent, there's good socializing among colleagues. However, the rating of 8/10 reflects a need for more company-sponsored activities like team-building events and holiday parties.

Very generous and approachable. Teamwork and cooperation is one of the socialization that I learned.

I'm used to honorifics like ma'am, miss, and sir so having the company ask us to only call each other by preferred names was a welcome culture shock. Also we were not allowed to work beyond our work hours despite deadlines.

Great vibe, no micromanagement, people are very easy-going. Office is great, vibrant, and encourages me to visit the office even if I don't have to for the day.

Oracle NetSuite provides a work-life balance wherein they really prioritize the welfare of their employee. The people you'll be working with are not toxic, doesn't gatekeep knowledge, and is very understanding especially for fresh graduates.

As a customer support, I am mostly working on my own, dealing with clients. As such, there is little to no teamwork required. I do have a manager who I report to, but that is mainly for time tracking only. There is no sense of togetherness and belongingness in the company.

we have fun when we are working in the office, it's easy to have teamwork and colleagues are approachable and easy to be with. after working hours, I don't need to check for some work, I just rest.

Very accommodating and easy to get along with

We value spending time that is not work-related. We do hangouts and outings now and then. We love to celebrate the successes of our team members and our managers encourage an environment where we lift each other up.

Business activity is conducted in English, while casual socialization is in Filipino.

Everyone at the company is willing to help and goes out of their way for each other.

The people I work with are very easy to work with thus making the workload not overwhelming
