Your role

• Partner and consult with the customer and collaborate with NetSuite’s other customer facing teams to understand roles, responsibilities, and business to effectively advise on learning content to meet needs
• Deliver high quality learning strategies tailored to the customer’s use of NetSuite and consult on industry leading practices
• Assume full ownership for success of multiple concurrent customer projects where you will drive learning engagements to effectively achieve desired outcomes
• Actively engage in becoming an industry expert to guide and advise customers to solve business challenges through learning
• Consistently serve as an agent for change by contributing recommendations on improving internal engagement processes and driving customer success

About you

• 2022 and 2023 Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Global Business, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on Accounting, Supply Chain, and/or Management Information Systems
• Must be academically completed prior to joining Oracle NetSuite Philippines
• You can engage and connect with people in a way that builds long-term trust and a high level of customer satisfaction
• You are a collaborator who understands the importance of teamwork to get the job done
