Your role 

• Review contracts to identify and manage financial risks and embed risk mitigation measures to contractual terms.
• Work with clients, external providers, Legal Team and Contract Proponent to come up with contractual terms that are within the risk appetite of the company.
• Summarize and coordinate contractual terms with the concerned team to ensure compliance with the commercial requirements.
• Participate in the creation and updating of policies and procedures on risk management.
• Perform other related tasks.
