IT Department Assistant (Rolling Intake)

Your Role 

The job holder is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and information management support to the Information Technology (IT) Leadership Team and Department to support operational effectiveness. 

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree holder of Business, IT, Computer Science, or any related course
• Fresh starters are welcome to apply, with a strong desire to hit the ground running and the ability to learn quickly
• Ability to think critically, good sense of prioritization and organization, and impeccable attention to detail
• Can work with different kinds of people across the organization and with external parties. With a high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Willing to work in Ortigas Center; hybrid work arrangement
