Continuous Improvements/Projects

• Assist in planning and executing the list of projects/initiatives, coming up with fresh & creative ideas
• Assist in preparing the Excel and PowerPoint files for projects and presentations to the stakeholders and/or businesses
• Monitor the progress of the projects/initiatives

Service Delivery

• Support the dispatch and allocation process of requests through ServiceNow and International Mobility mailbox
• Support the internal quality checks in line with the CPS Quality Framework
• Provide support in preparing ad hoc reports and updating QRGs and possibly WPIs
