Purchasing Assistant (Start ASAP)

Responsibilities

• Daily follow up of PO to ensure that materials are delivered on time by diligently accomplishing the following activities
• Regularly update suppliers’ directory at least once a month.
• Maintains and updates records and follow-up files of purchases, shipments and related matters.
• Keep significant records for verification and reference purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder of any course
• Good and effective communication skills 
• Demonstrates a positive and assertive character
• Possess attention to detail
