Accounting Assistant (Start ASAP)

Responsibilities

• Maintain logs for all transactions that occur in a day
• Contact customers in relation to their payment inquiries
• Process delinquent invoices
• Balance receipts and payments.
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable Supervisor to provide clients with up-to-date and accurate billing and payment information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or its equivalent
• Highly organized - committed in meeting deadlines
• Possess attention to detail 
• Good and effective communication skills
