Training Associate (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include: 

• Preparing business travel authorizations, liquidation reports, hotel accommodations, and payment advices for trainees. 
• Updating and encoding APE request letters to health service providers, advising cabin crew on pending APEs, and ensuring fit-to-fly clearance. 
• Assisting in the preparation of training materials and paraphernalia for initial and recurrent training sessions. 
• Managing and maintaining all training records for cabin crews in the system.

About You:

The ideal candidate: 

• Holds a college degree, preferably in Tourism or Admin Management. 
• Possesses strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. 
• Is detail-oriented and tech-savvy. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
